Business Savvy - The principal, Igor Shpudejko, has over 20 years experience working for Fortune 500 companies in various professional capacities. He knows what skills employers are looking for and what accomplishments are meaningful. Having started in engineering and then progressed through manufacturing, marketing, operations, and finally sales (where he spent 16 years in NYC honing his skills), Igor understands what qualifications are important to an employer. This knowledge enables him to present and position senior-level manager candidates in the most attractive and pertinent light. His education includes a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA.

Writing Skills - Igor has 7 years experience as a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW). He has completed training in the Career Masters Institute (CMI) Advanced Resume Writing Workshop and Career Coach U’s “Killer Resume Class.” He is an active member of Career Masters Institute, Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches, and The Greater Mahwah Chamber of Commerce. His customized resumes have appeared in JIST Publications and the Wharton Resume Book. His article, “Secrets in Writing a Cover Letter,” has appeared on various national online sites.

Coaching Skills - As a Certified Career and Transition Coach (JCTC), Igor has helped many clients identify new and challenging career paths. This process involves examining career values, motivating skills, interests and personality traits. He is also a certified “Competent Toastmaster” and Past President of Ridgewood Toastmasters. He uses his knowledge of speaking skills to coach clients in successful interview strategies.
